The PT-MT2 instrument, Magnetic Tablet, is used to qualify and calibrate the hardness detection of various Hardness Test Instruments, like PTB 311E/511E, PTB 411/411-500, PTB 301/302/501/502, PTBA 211E, WHT and WHT ME series. Similar to the breaking behaviour of a tablet or ampoule the test jaw "breaks" when a selected force is applied to the test handle. Three test ranges can be selected, 50, 85, and 130N. In order to use the instrument for all PHARMA TEST Hardness Test Instruments special instrument adaptors are available. The unit can be supplied with a Calibration Certificate.
