Use the PTZ AUTO 4EZ for large throughput situations where continuous operation is required. All four stations are equipped with the PT-MKT baskets which measure the temperature of the disintegration medium and record the disintegration time. Enter and report the medium type, operator name and methodology. A full report gives a permanent record of all FDA required parameters.
The four station analyser will allow independent operation of either basket for the determination of the exact disintegration time of all tablets in the baskets. The analyser already has built in electric lifts so medium change for extended disintegration times is made easy.
The operational concept of the electronic basket types PT-MKT are simple in design and operate through electrical contacts in each of the 6 working positions. This is an easy to maintain device and offers the user the additional security that any of the electronic discs may be used in any of the disintegration tubes. There are no overly complicated detectors which need to be “tuned” to each particular tube. This is especially useful if you have several disintegration stations in operation at once. At the end of a run, all tablets are disintegrated, a full test report is printed including individual disintegration, maximum and minimum time.
